Terms of Service
Last updated: August 27, 2026
This is a pilot-ready working draft. The final Terms of Service will be published under counsel review before general availability.
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of SafeSignal. By creating an account or using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you accept these Terms.
2. Accounts and organisations
An organisation is created by its authorised representative. That person becomes the organisation owner and is responsible for administering access, roles, and configuration. Employees may raise anonymous concerns without an account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use SafeSignal only for legitimate workplace-integrity purposes. See our Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Confidentiality
SafeSignal will treat all reports as confidential and access-controlled to your organisation's authorised staff. We describe the practical limits of anonymity in our Privacy Policy.
5. Fees and subscriptions
Fees are described in your order form or on our Pricing page. Pilot terms and pricing may differ; the order form governs.
6. Data ownership
You retain all rights to your organisation's data. SafeSignal is granted only the licence necessary to operate the platform for you.
7. Data retention & export
You can request an export of your organisation's data at any time during the subscription. On termination, your data is deleted within a documented window unless you elect an export first.
8. Uptime and support
We target commercially reasonable availability. Pilot support responds within one business day. Enterprise SLAs are in the order form.
9. Warranty & liability
SafeSignal is provided "as is" during pilot. Liability is limited to fees paid in the trailing 12 months. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for wilful misconduct or as prohibited by law.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes are notified in-app or by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
